These terms apply to your use of stainbite.com and to purchases from StainBite, operated by Kshitij Rajput (trading as Veeyu Global), UG/F, 490/E, Old No. A-1/7, Kh. No. 417/176-175, Gali No. 5, near Sanjay Gandhi Marg, East Babarpur, Shahdara, New Delhi – 110032, India, GSTIN 07BLQPR7847J4Z1. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  1. Eligibility: You must be 18 or older to place an order.
  2. Products: We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are for illustration, and results vary with the surface and with how old and thick the stain is. Always read the label, follow the directions and cautions, and patch-test first. Keep out of reach of children. Don't mix with other chemicals.
  3. Prices: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST. Shipping is free. Prices and offers may change, but the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order.
  4. Offers: - The ₹50 prepaid discount applies automatically to fully prepaid orders. - COD orders need a ₹99 advance, which is adjusted against the order total. - Combo pricing applies only to the combo product. - Offers can't be combined unless stated, and we may withdraw them at any time.
  5. Orders: An order is accepted once it's dispatched. We may cancel an order, with a full refund of anything you've paid, if: - the product is out of stock, - there was a pricing error, - a COD order can't be confirmed, or - we suspect fraud or repeated refused deliveries.
  6. Payment: Payments are processed by third-party gateways under their own terms.
  7. Shipping, returns and refunds: These are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
  8. Intellectual property: The StainBite name, the logo, the Chompy mascot, and the site's content and images belong to Kshitij Rajput (trading as Veeyu Global). Don't use them without our written permission.
  9. Reviews and user content: If you submit a review, photo or video, it must be genuine and about your own experience. You give us permission to display it on our site and social channels. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning, and we don't publish fake reviews.
  10. Limitation of liability: To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We aren't liable for damage caused by misuse or by using the product against its label directions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
  11. Governing law: Indian law applies. The courts at Delhi have jurisdiction, subject to your rights to approach consumer forums.
  12. Grievances: contact Rahul (Grievance Officer) at stainbitesupport@gmail.com. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
  13. Changes: We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order is the one that applies.
